The Harborview Medical Center Sepsis Team is looking for a patient speaker for a 30-45 minute session at the UW Medicine Regional Sepsis Conference on April 1, 2016, at Harborview Medical Center. The patient speaker should be someone who survived severe sepsis and/or septic shock who can tell us about their experience in the hospital and their post-hospitalization recovery.
